Fast Delivery
The delivery experience leaves a lasting impression. We realize it is vital so we set our standards high. To ensure the finest delivery possible, we take the following measures:
- All furniture is unpacked, inspected and then assembled prior to delivery to ensure complete satisfaction
- As a courtesy, we place a reminder call one day prior to your scheduled delivery with a two-hour window of time in which we will be there. On the day of delivery, a reminder call will also be placed 30 minutes before we arrive.
- We provide our own experienced, uniformed delivery teams and we use our own trucks to ensure a smooth transition from us to you
- Trucks are equipped with the latest technology including navigational systems and cell phones in order to minimize delivery day inconvenienc
- All new furniture is set-up and placed within your home, per your specification
- Long distance deliveries are available (up to 250 miles
Our History
Crowley Furniture began with a single store in Excelsior Springs, Missouri, in 1954. Charles and Marilyn Crowley started the business and built it by selling quality furniture that doesn't come back to people who do come back.
Since 1972, Greg and Beth Crowley have carried on the Crowley tradition, sharing Charles and Marilyn's love of the business. Today, Crowley Furniture has locations in Liberty and Lee's Summit, Missouri, and Overland Park, Kansas.
