Crowley Furniture Return Policy
In-stock or backordered merchandise may be returned to crowley furniture within 7 days of delivery or pick-up for full in-store credit. The original delivery fee is non-refundable. If in-store credit is not desired, a 10% restocking fee will apply. A second delivery fee will be charged for the pick-up of any merchandise.* merchandise is non-returnable after 7 days following delivery.
Accents may be returned within 7 days for exchange or a full refund.*
*All merchandise must be returned in the same condition as delivered or picked up.
Special orders are non-cancelable and non-returnable. Once order is written, changes may not be made. Mattresses and box springs are non-returnable once delivery has been made.
Store credit must be used within one year.
