We believe your new mattress will give you the healthy and restful sleep you deserve. If after trying your new Perfect 30 Mattress, you are not satisfied with your purchase we've got you covered with the 90-Night Comfort Guarantee.

How the Guarantee Works

To qualify you must:

1. Purchase a Perfect 30 Mattress*

2. Purchase a Perfect Sleep Center mattress protector with your mattress purchase. (Mattress protector must be purchased at the same time as mattress purchase.)

3. Purchase a Perfect Sleep Center pillow with your mattress purchase. (Pillow must be purchased at the same time as mattress purchase.)

4. Must have qualified support system for mattress.

5. Allow 30 days to adjust to your new mattress. If after 30 days you are not happy with it, you may reselect within 90 days.

Schedule an appointment:

Schedule a re-selection by appointment only with your sales consultant. Visit www.crowleyfurniture.com/comfortreturn to schedule. Appointments available Monday through Friday only.

The re-selection:

The full retail value of your returned Perfect 30 Mattress will apply to the full retail value of your Perfect 30 Mattress re-selection. (Original delivery and recycling fees will not be refunded.)

If you select a Perfect 30 Mattress that is more expensive than your original mattress, you will pay the difference. (A second delivery fee will apply.)

If you select a Perfect 30 Mattress that is less expensive than your original mattress, you will receive a credit on a Crowley Furniture & Mattress account. (A second delivery fee will apply.)

Guarantee exclusions:

Adjustable bases, flat foundations, mattress protectors, pillows and frames are excluded from the 90-Night Comfort Guarantee. These items are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged.
